Refund & Cancellation Policy

If a project is cancelled before work starts, a refund may be provided after deducting applicable payment gateway charges, third‑party expenses or administrative costs.

Once work has started, payments for completed work, approved milestones and resources already utilized are non‑refundable. If a project is cancelled, any refund will be determined based on the work completed and expenses incurred.

Payments made against completed or delivered milestones are non‑refundable. Approval or delivery of a milestone confirms that the corresponding work has been completed.

Fees for SEO, digital marketing, social media, advertising management and similar services are non‑refundable once the advance payment is made. Advertising budgets paid to third‑party platforms are subject to their respective policies.

Clients are responsible for providing required content, information, approvals and access in a timely manner. Delays or inactivity caused by the client may extend project timelines and do not automatically qualify for a refund.

Payments made for domains, hosting, plugins, software licenses, APIs, cloud services, advertising platforms or other third‑party services are generally non‑refundable and are subject to the respective provider’s policies.

If a genuine bug attributable to Delphin Technologies is identified within the agreed scope, we will make reasonable efforts to correct it. Bugs caused by third‑party services, client modifications or changes outside the agreed scope are not eligible for a refund.

Refund or cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@delphintechnologies.com with the project/payment details. Each request will be reviewed based on the applicable project agreement and work completed.

If a signed proposal, quotation or service agreement contains specific refund or cancellation terms, those terms will take precedence over this general policy.
